the event that killed me.
it was lots of fun tho.

do be doing smthg from scratch!
everything!
the lobby was e,pty when we started! jus a bunch of planks and wood.
alot of newpapers! stinks like paint!

and we started!
painting..

ben and traquin again.
they retired from painting and went to more macho work.
the screwing and drilling :p

after 2 days, it kinda took shape.
still theres more to come.

the last night before opening.
our hero, ID senior Hong Yuen(Big Guy in blue holding lights!) came to help us with the spotlights!

its been gruesome! ppl nt sleeping. nt eating.
they worked from 10 am to 5 am...
zzz...i chao-ed around 12 la....
mom wanted to "char kuey tiao" me liao.

finally.
on Friday 7.30 am.

the crown turn out was great.
t-shirts ran out n the 1st day.
brochure habis before lunch time day 1!

even SEGi Kota Damansara Mass Comm came to see.

we talked for more than 2 hours i tink... i lost count...
but we hung up around 2 am! tats scary.

she had to work the next day.
i kinda miss all this.
talking to them.
i fetch siewkuan from the train station yday too.

i hate being at home.
being directed and ordered around.
i dun mind doing the work.
but sumtimes i have work to do 1st.

doing design doesnt mean i jus lie around and do nthg.

but it always seems that way to u huh?

hurts.

it hurts knowing that they'll nvr understand.
it hurts knowing that they support you but its nvr the same.
it hurts when eventho u wished they might be proud of u, but it turns out to be just nt enough.

it hurts. knowing that i'm like second class compared to the rest.

i brought my parents today to the graduation showcase i was working on day and night for the past week.
mom went in.... and came out before i can count to 15.
dad tried... at least... but mom was rushing him out already.

:(

all week... all i heard was yelling and nagging.
i wasnt out partying. i wasnt out messing around.
i was dwelling on the works of this showcase.
it might be a waste of time to everyone else.
but i learnt alot. i met alot of seniors.
i had fun.

doesnt that matters at all?

i actually thought i did pretty well.
y dun i feel good about it any more?

doubts.

satisfaction.

there's a distant yet strong sense of satisfaction...
seeing the work build by itself and the whole progress of it.

it climax when you see other people appreciating it as well.

and thats the best part of the work it self.

chances.

theres a risk.
theres a chance.

you might lose.
you might win.

we'll see how it goes.
either way. its okay.

its a win-win situation.

highlight of their activities?!

PEAT SWAMP!!!!

we tracked in the swamp! kinda gross at 1st...but it was fun!

especially when ppl starts falling down! wahahha...

Peat swamp forests are tropical moist forests where waterlogged soils prevent dead leaves and wood from fully decomposing, which over time creates thick layer of acidic peat. Large areas of these forests are being logged at high rates.
Peat swamp forests are typically surrounded by lowland rain forests on better-drained soils, and by brackish or salt-water mangrove forests near the coast.

"wat tat" leh..... wahaha..

Peat Swamps Forest, "black water jewel" are forest that occur in poor drained areas, where dead vegetation becomes waterlogged and accumulated peat.for many years most people thought peat swamps were useless swamps full of mosquitoes.today we are learning that they are wonderous sources of life and diversity, filled with species that are crusial to a healthy environment.summerset has a on-going program to preserve tghe Peat Swamp Forest for people to enjoy and learn about the relationship between man adn mother nature.

anyway.... I LIKE!!!!! its been so long. and living in a routine is like living in a rut!!!!
